Desafinado Description

The best grapes were selected from the slopes of Douro. After extended cold maceration during 24 hours, the fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness at 25?C during 8 days. The wine was oaked for 8 months in French Oak Barrels.
